When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders the same day if an order is placed before 4pm. From there, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, here in the UK.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, as long as the brushes are unused and still in their original packaging. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Simply reach out to our team at hello@adelinetyler.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all UK orders over £30. For orders under that, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout. You’ll see the full cost before you place your order.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
We quality check everything, but if something’s not right, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund your order whichever you prefer.

How should I clean my brushes, and how often?
Clean them every week or two with a gentle soap or brush cleanser. Rinse with lukewarm water, reshape the bristles, and lay flat to dry. Regular care keeps your brushes performing at their best and helps your skin stay clear.

If your brush ever sheds or develops loose bristles due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it—simple as that. The guarantee applies to brushes purchased directly from adelinetyler.com or one of our authorised retailers.
What isn't covered?
This guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning. It also excludes breakage, loss, or accidents (think pets, children, or melted makeup bags), as well as cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance. Brushes used in professional or commercial settings aren’t eligible.
How long am I covered?
For life. As long as you’re the original purchaser, your brush is protected against shedding due to manufacturing faults. We’ll stand by your tools for as long as you use them.
How do I make a claim?
Email hello@adelinetyler.com with proof of purchase and a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement free of charge within the UK. International replacements may require a small shipping fee.
