By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time, and such changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Products and Orders
All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect information.
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling without written consent from Adeline Tyler Ltd is prohibited. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected to be for resale.
2. Payment and Shipping
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure methods as shown at checkout.
Orders are dispatched promptly, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Free UK shipping is offered on orders above the threshold stated on the Site.
International shipping (where available) will include applicable duties, taxes, or fees displayed at checkout.
3. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods. If items are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Our Lifetime No-Shed Guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return postage. If you return goods because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
We will never sell or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or to trusted service providers for order fulfilment.
6. Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any business losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
