At Adeline Tyler, we believe brushes this good should last a lifetime. Every brush in The Minimalist set is covered by our Lifetime No-Shed Guarantee. If your brush sheds due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. Simple as that.

What’s covered

• Shedding or loose bristles resulting from manufacturing defects
• Brushes purchased directly from adelinetyler.com or authorized retailers
• Lifetime replacement of the same brush, or a similar brush if discontinued

What’s not covered

• Brushes damaged through misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or modification
• Accidental breakage, loss, heat damage, or other external causes
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance
• Brushes used in a commercial or professional setting (salons, studios, on-set)
• Gifted, PR, review, or promotional items

Terms and conditions

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• One-time replacement per brush, per customer, per qualifying purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
• We may request inspection photos or return of the item. Claims can be denied if damage appears to result from misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
• Brushes must be properly cared for, including regular cleaning with gentle soap or brush cleanser in line with industry best practice (typically every 1–2 weeks depending on use).
• Replacement brushes ship free via standard shipping for domestic orders. International orders may incur shipping fees.
• We reserve the right to update or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Changes will not affect brushes already purchased under the prior terms.

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the brush and the issue
• A brief description of when the problem began and how the brush is typically used

We will review quickly, confirm eligibility, and send a replacement if approved.
