Adeline Tyler Return Policy

At ADELINE TYLER, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our luxury makeup brushes and offer a straightforward return process. Please carefully review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

Faulty or Damaged Products:

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund, covering all return shipping costs.

Unused Products:

For hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are accepted only for products that are completely unused, in their original packaging, and in original condition. Used or visibly worn brushes cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email us at hello@adelinetyler.com  within  30 days  of delivery. Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Shipping Instructions

Upon approval, we'll provide detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  • For faulty products, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund or Replacement Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly:

  • Issue a full refund  to your original payment method,  or

  • Ship a replacement product, based on your preference.

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products or products showing any sign of wear.

  • Products not returned in original packaging and original condition.
