1. Faulty Products
   If your makeup brush arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a hassle-free return or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
2. Unused Products Only
   To maintain hygiene standards, returns or refunds are only accepted for unused products. Brushes and sponges that have been used or show signs of wear are not eligiblefor return or refund.

   Email us at hello@adelinetyler.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product (if applicable).
2. Return Shipping
   If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Refunds or Replacements
   Once we verify the product's condition, we will process a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Products that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.
